Not sure where they get it from, but they offer really good gluten free bread. So far I've had a fried egg sandwich for breakfast, a California Club sandwich and a mushroom and Swiss burger (on bread slices, not a bun). The bread is sturdy and tastes good enough for me to double and triple check that it's gluten free. I didn't ask a lot of questions about fryers and prep areas, I was just excited to have a sandwich! I don't get acutely ill when exposed to gluten, so if you do please be certain to ask more questions than I did.
