I’ve had two trainings here in the last couple of weeks and the cafeteria staff were very understanding and accommodating when I told them I had a lactose and gluten intolerance. I went down early to ore-order my meal so I could explain the risk of cross contamination with the grill, on the line, etc. and they made sure to prep my food in a dedicated pan and keep it covered and warm until I showed up. In addition to the kind staff, the food itself (chicken with veggies last week, chicken with lemon infused rice today) was delicious!
