Review of Sans Gluten Artisan Bakery

The artisan bread made here is by far the best I’ve had in the 25 years since I’ve had to eat gluten free. The substantial texture is so nice to bite into, the crust is crisp. The flavor and after taste is amazing. The evolution of bread in my 25 GF years has been a slow and challenging process for bread makers, and this loaf is a home run!
