The ales were ok and the variety was fun to try. This is entirely outside sitting at tables and picnic tables with lights and propane heaters on cold days. Food is from a food truck parked here, Elubia's Kitchen, and that was great.

I learned from the owner that the Santa Barbara Cider Co. was started because one or both of his daughters has celiac. He wanted to brew something that would not endanger them to be around even though they're too young to drink. There is a food truck there with gluten-free options and they have sealed backs of chips and nuts that gluten-free as well.

The best part is that they have the most amazing flavorful, yet very DRY cider. The owner told me that his brewmaster makes sure that all of the fruit sugars are fermented so you don't have that sweet aftertaste or sugar hangover. 16 different flavors on tap, great staff, great customers and a truly unique and delicious (gluten-free, of course!) cider.

So good!! I tried a few of them. The ones with hops are really great, they were pretty dry for ciders which was such a nice change from the super sweet ones in stores.

The only dedicated tasting room in town to get fantastic cider! Awesome place that is entirely gluten free (owners daughter has Celiac), delicious ciders in amazing flavors and hilariously named! GF food now available through a collaboration with Elubia’s kitchen (the potato taquitos are fantastic). Warm, comfortable, friendly ambience that makes it a great neighborhood hang-out for all ages (non-alcoholic cider available for non-drinkers & kids). Highly recommend it anytime you’re in Santa Barbara!

SB Cider has fantastic ciders (my favorites are Hoppy Endings & Apple Pie) and now has GF food through a collaboration with Elubia’s Kitchen (delicious)! I’m not Celiac, but my wife and son are so dedicated facilities are necessary and SB Cider is fantastic (the owners daughter has Celiac too). Right now they are taking many extra precautions for dine-in customers (more than required) to keep customers and staff safe as well as continuing to offer growlers (and food) to-go for take-out customers. If you’ve never been, give it a try, you’ll love it!

Cute little spot for gf cider. We did a tasting so I was able to sample 8 flavors with my husband. I wasn’t over the moon about any of them, but it was entirely gluten free and safe and that had more to do with my taste buds then the quality. A fun way to spend an evening. They had some ciders with hops which I stayed away from but they assured me they were gf too.

Awesome place to grab a safe Gluten free drink. All hard ciders are GF and there are some delicious pre-packaged treats and snacks also GF. Mango with a spicy rim and Apple Pie are my favorites!!!

Delicious hard cider. My favorite is mulberry, pineapple, and apple pie. There are also prepackaged gluten free snacks available for purchase if you want some snacks while doing your cider tasting. Definitely go check this place out. It is totally Celiac safe!
