There is no separate kitchen or dedicated gluten free dishes but if asked the staff will be careful in preparing the naturally gluten free dishes with extra attention for not having cross contamination. Being a fish specialized restaurant it's surely easier. I was able to order a fish entree and main dish, as well as the dessert. I tasted raw fish entree, baked sea bass with potatoes and vegetables, and 'santalucia' cake, walnut flour, chocolate and orange based cake. I ate there one dinner. I am a very symptomatic coeliac and had no issues. It's better to reserve because in high season they are often fully booked.
