Review of Santiagos' Bodega

GF menu provided. Staff asked questions of manager and chef when unsure of answer regarding whether fryer was dedicated or not. The answer is no-they do not have a dedicated fryer. Our server made sure to ask if GF menu was out of preference or Celiac and commented that sage food handling accommodations are made in the kitchen to reduce risk of cross contamination The GF menu options are limited but the beef tenderloin and chicken skewers and wedge salad were very tasty. We did not have the flourless chocolate cake but did see it listed on the GF menu.
