Review of Santiago's Restaurant

Their menu no longer had items listed or started for gluten free. I was told to ask my server. The server did not know and had to ask either the manager or chef. They came back with options and seemed to already be familiar about cross contamination an shared fryers. That was good. Unfortunately the chips were not ok to eat :(. Food was very good and delicious. Good value. Biggest complaint was how long the wait was. It took about 45 min to get food from the time I sat down. I think they may have been short staffed that night so that is why they still get 4 stars for me.
