Santiago's Tex-Mex and Cantina

I talked with the manager today. He said the only thing that is gluten free is the beef fajitas plate and the chips and salsa. The tomatillo and ranchero salsas are also gluten free. All the other meats have floor in the marinade or seasoning.

This place is very close to my house. I have gone in there 4 times and each time I ask if they have any gluten free options. Each time they have told me that they do not have anything gluten-free. So I was amazed to see them on this app. Just called them and asked about if they have a dedicated fryer and they told me no. They also told me they warm the wheat Tortillas on the same flattop as the cook their Fajitas.

great beef fajitas, queso and chips! No gf menu, but they knew what gf choices were available!
