This is as safe of a place as you will find In Omaha. The food and ciders are exceptional! Owner has celiac - they get it. Very cozy and comfortable! ALL food is celiac safe.

Our locally made hard ciders are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility. We are dedicated to a gluten free experience - our founder is a celiac who missed having beer, so we craft less sweet, more flavorful hard ciders to enjoy with our gluten free small bites. Here at Saro, we love travel and what it means. (Who doesn’t love a vacation!) To us travel means adventure and exploration. Whether you’re camping in a US National Park, backpacking through Europe or sitting on your favorite beach, travel is always a great opportunity to meet new people, learn different cultures, experience new food and drink. Much like we’ve lingered over our travels, we’ve lingered over new cider flavors. Our ciders mean taste exploration. We hope you linger over our cider and take your tastebuds on a journey with Saro.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. Every food is Gluten free which is great for casual snacking. Each cider is gluten free as well
