Sassy Spoon is my local go-to for gluten-free dairy-free delicious food. On a hot day, the Sangria really hits the spot. Their food is delicious, well presented and served graciously by caring staff. (They do have dairy-based menu items, if that's your jam). I 100% recommend the food.

Ordered the signature pork and it was fabulous! Delicious side salad and slaw included. Great selection of GF tap beers make this my new go-to dinner spot. Giant brownies for dessert as if I needed more! Highly recommend!

We stopped here on a visit to Minneapolis. I got the chicken shawarma, and it was probably one of the most delicious meals I've ever had, even including the past when I could eat gluten. I was there with two other people who can eat anything, and they both loved their meals too. It was such a relief to know that anything I ordered would be safe, and I had no reaction to the food whatsoever. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Minneapolis!

Came here yesterday and it was so good that I’m here again today. I got diagnosed earlier this year and didn’t think cross contamination would be a actual big deal, but sometimes it is. So it feels so nice to be at a place where I can get anything on the menu without worry.

This place is adorable and the food and drinks are all gluten free!!! My daughter (who has celiac disease) was in her glory to have so many choices! The Yuka patties are divine and the pork tacos were the best I have ever had! We are trying to figure out how to return to this restaurant before we fly out of town!! Loved it all!

This was literally the best meal I have ever had, and they were so COVID safe that they placed a bag down on a table and walked away and I had to walk up and grab it. The Masala was so delicious and the chocolate chunk cookie was too die for!!!!!

I tried the Miso Pork Tacos and the Sesame Turkey Meatballs. Both were fantastic. Meat was super high quality and very flavorful. These are the best tacos I’ve ever had!

Ohmigoodness! Had one of the specials tonight - corn cakes with black beans, pickled cabbage, aji verde and added the braised pulled pork. Out. Of. This. World! The combination of flavors was phenomenal and, seriously, some of THE best pulled pork I’ve ever had! Also shared some yucca patties as an app, served with the jalapeño cilantro sauce - yummy! I love being able to order anything on the menu and not worry about adverse response - that is a gift in itself. To have so many flavorful dishes to eat? WOW! Thank you!

Entire menu is gluten free. What a relief to find a truly GF restaurant where the food is great because it's just great food. Have been here several times when visiting Minneapolis and have never been disappointed. Most recently had awesome butternut squash soup and shared a flatbread. The house made maple cream soda is a winner.

Staff is super-nice, whole place is GF and the two times I’ve eaten there I’ve truly enjoyed the food. (The waffles weren’t cardboard!) Can’t wait to have chicken shawarma again, rice had good flavor, and so did the apple crisp.

Yes- 100% gluten free with a focus on robust, healthful dishes. I almost always get the miso pork tacos. They also have a nice brunch menu. Great coffee, wine, and beer. And I think their desserts are some of the best gluten free desserts available locally.

Called less than 15min before they closed and placed a very last minute order with the only menu items I could remember when they answered. Oh. My. God. I am so happy I couldn't remember anything else because the food we got was so amazing! Miso braised pork and spring roll salad 😋... My son was so happy he got a quesadilla from a restaurant! We will be back in the morning 😊

Amazing! The food is safe and delicious. I can't emphasize enough how delicious the food was - entrees, pizza, dessert. It was so wonderful to come with our son with Celiac disease and just share food easily as a family. A must stop for gluten free folks in Minneapolis.

No doubt that it's Celiac Friendly. Always nice when you go out to eat and can order literally anything on the menu. With more and more GF places opening I wish they would up their game a bit - could use a menu update and better technical skills in the kitchen.

One of the best places to eat in the twin cities. They are a dedicated gluten free restaurant, but gluten free or not you’ll salivate thinking about your next visit. If you’re GF it’s a great place to invite friends - they’ll love it as much as you do!
