Noodles prepped in separate water pot to avoid contamination and they changed gloves for preparation. Not a lot on the menus gluten free but the staff were very willing to guide me though my options.

The owner’s wife is Celiac so the staff are very knowledgeable. They cook the gluten free ramen noodles in a separate spot and prepare everything separately. It takes a little longer but it was delicious. I didn’t get sick, and was so excited to have ramen.
