I Honestly went here for all the great reviews but it wasn't what I expected. As soon as I walked in it smelled like raw meat and everything was dirty. My order came in wrong and burnt and had to wait another 1/2 hour. I'm a big fan of sweet potatoes and they were all crispy burnt. My friends meal had hair and burnt as well. Just wanted to give my personal experience and feed back.

Love a restaurant where I can take my kids, get great food, and eat safely. Sauce on Hampton was upscale casual with great service and very fresh food. We dined on bacon wrapped shrimp, polenta with mushrooms and a seared sea bass. Waiter was even nice enough to toast some gf bread that we brought. I'll go back if I get down there again!

They have an awesome menu that indicates what is gluten-free. Their service was outstanding - he really knew about GF and how they handle cross-contamination in the back (or at least that's what he assured me). They seem to know a lot about it! They even serve a gluten-free cookie at the end of the meal - baked off-site at a GF bakery! SERIOUSLY!

Everything was delicious! They have so many gluten free options - they even give you a free gluten free cookie with the bill. The service was outstanding. A definite must visit!!!
