They can make most of the calzones gluten free. They work to prevent cross contamination. I had a gluten free calzone with no issues very tasty and nice change for my gluten free options.

This is a quick service concept with a great selection of calzones! Most of their menu can be made gf & their dough is delicious, however it is not df. My husband got Meet me in St. Louis which is basically a meat lover & I got the Duke, which is basically a barbecue chicken. Both were fantastic & you would never guess they were gf!

I’m so glad I tried this place!! I got the Meet Me in St. Louie calzone and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was light but crispy, and I almost couldn’t believe it was gluten free. I am not entirely sure what precautions they take for gluten free but I didn’t get sick at all after eating. Just a heads up though, the gf dough does contain dairy and there is a $4 up charge.
