I was informed today that they don't do gluten free.
Very tasty sandwich! Turkey club was a must.
The wait staff was really weird and not really knowledgeable about gluten, but they knew how to avoid cross contamination and I was fine.
Gf sandwich is very small and more lettuce and onions then meat. Tasteless to say the lease. They charge you the same as if you purchased a whole sub sandwich.
They have a huge UDI gf bun... but the prep area is a mess. They also put my sandwich in a bag with the non GF sandwiches. Be careful. The sand which also had no taste. Had the beef and cheddar which should be called the lettuce and onion with a pinch of beef and a zap of cheese.

Wide selection of fillings and gluten free buns.
Friendly service. Good sandwiches. Gluten free buns.
THE LOCATION I VISIT IS NOT LISTED. IT IS AT 5119 WEST CHARLESTON BLVD (NEAR DECATUR), LAS VEGAS, 89146.
Love how soft the gluten free bun is. When In Vegas i HAVE to come here
They have the option of gf but if you have celiacs and can't have cross contamination like me..don't come here! They use all the same prep and tools to do it all.. they cannot guarantee no contamination.

I’ve missed Schlotzsky’s for such a long time and now they have certified Udis products available and said that they actively changes gloves. The Turkey original was everything I remembered and more. They only items not GF are the BBQ sauces and the BBQ chips. I’ve eaten here twice now and haven’t had any reactions.

I had a sandwich on a gluten free bun and it was amazing! The bun was soft, and didn’t fall apart. I think they use Udis brand bread. I was told all pizzas are also available on gluten free crust as well. I did not see any protocols for preventing cross contamination so I would keep that in mind if that’s a concern for you.

This restaurant may not be good for celiacs. I ate the juicy cheddar sandwich. It tasted good going down but I had a bad stomach ache later that evening, which is a symptom of my illness.
