You can order any of their sandwiches or pizza on Udi’s GF buns or pizza crust. However they use shared equipment. My sandwich was cross contaminated and made me sick.

sandwich ok but over priced with gf option. they use uldi buns. they do not do anything to eliminate cross contamination from work space or oven.

Udi’s buns, pizza crust, and breadsticks are available. Allergy was marked on the receipt. I could see the cook follow proper allergy protocol from where I was sitting. My sandwich came out in a bag separate from the rest of the order.

OH MY! Their gf buns are made by Udi's. Even though the sandwich doesn't quite taste like a Schlotzsky's original, it is very yummy!

They took celiac very seriously. Changed gloves and made sure no cross contamination occurred. No reaction and I’m fairly sensitive. Food tasted amazing. Usually GF buns are gross but this one was amazing.
