Schlotzsky's Deli has Udi's GF buns! I had the best sandwich I've had in ages. Hot, toasty GF bun with a huge variety of toppings. YUM! This is my go-to place for sandwiches now. Was so good it almost didn't seem GF.

Udi’s buns, pizza crust, and breadsticks are available. Allergy was marked on the receipt. I could see the cook follow proper allergy protocol from where I was sitting. My sandwich came out in a bag separate from the rest of the order.

OH MY! Their gf buns are made by Udi's. Even though the sandwich doesn't quite taste like a Schlotzsky's original, it is very yummy!

They took celiac very seriously. Changed gloves and made sure no cross contamination occurred. No reaction and I’m fairly sensitive. Food tasted amazing. Usually GF buns are gross but this one was amazing.
