I always order a turkey bacon club. I asked the cashier to speak to someone about the procedures for gluten free. The manager on shift told me they wash their hands and change gloves and put tinfoil under the bread when it goes through the oven. They don't cut the bread with the same knife. There's a paper that goes under the bread when they put on toppings. The only thing they could do to be safer is get new topping ingredient bins just in case theres cross contact from making the regular sandwiches. I will update later if I got sick from cross contact as I am pretty sensitive.
