Got super sick. I got a turkey avocado sandwich on GF bread. I noted on my order that I am celiac. I only ate half. I won’t be eating here again.
I’m so grateful to be able to order a sandwich. They offer gf rolls and gf pizza crusts. The food came out quickly and it was good! Staff was very polite and they generally seemed happy to be there and helpful. I do not know about cross contamination because I’m not sensitive to that, just if I eat gluten containing food or dairy will I have a reaction. It was easy to modify their sandwich options.
The person at the register has a brother with severe allergies and knew exactly what to do to help us. She went back to talk to the kitchen and they kept our food separate. They gave us an unopened bottle of hot sauce. They really went above and beyond for us.

I had to deduct a star because although they have GF buns and pizza crust, the pizza is baked in the conveyer belt style oven, on a shared surface with gluten pizza. The young man at the counter told me the only Celiac safe option, was the roll which is prepared on a safe surface.
love it! eat here at least once a week. only had an issue one time they gave me the wrong food.
GF knowledgeable staff!! My daughter loves their Udi's GF bun! We will def be going back!!
They use Udi's gluten free buns. They only offer one kind of bun, but it was delicious.

I always have a great experience here. I have Celiac disease and they are always very careful about cross contamination. I have been eating here for years and never had an issue. I get the turkey original on small gluten free bun, chips, and drink. Always very good!!
I had a Original with the Baked BBQ Lay's chips. Had a GF bun fir my sandwich. It was good.

Use to be good but it took over 30 minutes to get our sandwiches today. I was told it was under new owners; big difference it the way it managed previously.
All the sandwiches can be made gf with a Udi’s bun. They prep it on paper instead of a plate. Never have gotten sick and it’s delicious.
I was in town for Special Olympics. My daughter and I have gluten allergies and have to eat GF. I wasn't aware Schlotzsky's had GF options till my wife searched an app on her phone. I called ahead and spoke w/a manager and she assured me they take precautions to stop cross contamination. They cleaned the area, used fresh ingredients and the bread was so soft and flavorful I couldn't tell it was GF. The sandwich was huge and my daughter had the GF pizza. Thanks again to the awesome manager.
