So, on their website, there is a section for gluten free options. They can do sandwiches, pizzas and breadsticks, according to that section. They use Udi’s bread and crusts, and the woman who took my order assured me they’ll change their gloves and use a separate section with clean utensils to make it. Granbury / Glen Rose are almost entirely devoid of gluten free options and a nightmare for the vegan or vegetarian celiac. The vegetarian Caprese sandwich on an Udi’s bun was delicious and quite honestly, a relief to find somewhere safe after researching many places.
