The best intentions of the management are for naught if the guy who takes your order isn't paying attention. Nice atmosphere, nice people, but despite asking for a gluten-free menu and specifically asking for a gluten-free bun, my order came out on the regular potato bun. And they didn't get my drink either. So, I would urge caution if you are truly celliac or gluten-sensitive.
