This was the BEST experience. The food was delicious and the staff was so kind. It's clear they care a lot about giving a stellar dining experience to celiac customers. They even make house made gluten free malt vinegar! One note is the seating is fairly limited.

What a gift to have a restaurant certified as GF. My husband can only eat here without feeling sick. Other restaurants have cross contamination that make him sick. We’re so grateful for this one safe place where he gets to enjoy food without any worry about being deathly ill.

Our favourite spot for fish & chips! We are celiacs from Toronto who make the trip out to Oshawa for these incredible fish & chips. Staff are very knowledgeable and careful about cross contamination. We’ve never had an issue. Highly recommend this restaurant for any celiacs out there who crave this hardy pub type fare. It’s a special treat. They’ve now added on doughnut holes (timbits) to their menu…so delicious! Can’t say enough about how great this take-out spot is!

We had a fantastic experience here, celiacs and non-celiacs. I felt 100% safe, not only because they have National Accreditation, bit the commitment form staff to owner to offer good, safe food to celiacs. Fish and chips were awesome and the deep fried cookies had us all giggling.

They also served my condiments in a separate coloured basket well labelled!!!!

We were on the road during a difficult time amen this place for a diamond in the rough after so many disheartening eating experiences. 100% recommend, 5*, thumbs up for us in all ways. Thanks for the great experience 😊❤🙏🏻👍💃

This is a certified gluten free restaurant! They have to undergo an audit each year to ensure each and every staff member obtains a perfect score on all aspects of the audit. The food is delicious and it is immaculately clean. The donuts were great — not dense but fluffy. The fish was awesome and the poutine also really really good.

The GF donuts are the best we have ever had (gluten donuts included)! The gluten free menu is almost as complete as the normal menu. They have seperate fryer for GF and they also wrap the GF food in different and identified GF wrapping/boxes.

We also tried the cod which was very good and tasty but the GF tartare sauce needs improvement for our families’ taste. The GF onions rings were better than my son’s gluten ones. We are 2 celiacs and 2 non-celiac and like to compare our food. This was the first time that GF options won the comparision. The GF crispy chicken fingers were very good (tasted exactly like M&M Breaded Chicken Filets) and they served it with an excellent BBQ sauce.

We can see the kitchen when we order which says a lot. They really know what they are doing (not like so many others who pretend to have GF options but cook your toast in the same gluten toaster or fry your fries in the fryer that is used for gluten crispy chicken (always makes me laugh out of exasperation!)

Definitely a must go and must return.

Amazing! Totally delicious, almost the entire menu can be made gluten free. Any fish can be made GF for a 4.50 up charge. It is crispy perfect fish and chips! They have deep fried GF Oreos. My celiac kids were jumping up and down with excitement over those. And the GF donuts are to die for. Fresh hot fried GF donuts for the first time ever - absolutely a diamond level experience

Excellent.fish and chips...the gluten free batter is crisp and tasty and the chips are truly wonderful. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about Celiac and the restaurant has a GF.food handling certification. GF orders are clearly marked...even the condiments are is separate containers and marked "GF".

This place is awesome! They have a separate fryer, separate batter mix (which is pretty good), separate condiments basket, and separate cooking tools. They even have a certificate from the CCA meaning ALL the staff need to be certified!! Definitely recommend this place!

Fish is fresh and the dedicated fryers make this a safe treat for Celiacs. The onion rings sre MASSIVE and i really enjoyed them. The batter on yhe fish is good but not great. It lacks something in the texture. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed it.

The staff is well trained and friendly. Condiments for celiacs are in separate baskets and if you are eating with someone who is eating gluten they are told to not use.

My husband had the gluten version and said it was delicious.

While in Oshawa yesterday I stopped in here for supper and was beyond impressed. Having been diagnosed with Celiac disease almost a year ago, eating out is a bit of a disaster. The gluten free menu options are fantastic, the food was delicious and I was just so completely impressed with the care and consideration that was put into the meal to ensure that I was able to have a safe eating experience (right down to designated salt, pepper and ketchup containers)

This was the best restaurant experience ever so far as celiac. Dedicated facility with knowledgeable staff who know what gluten free and celiac is. They use a dedicated fryer, foods great, renovated place and have everything gluten free labelled (even special baskets for salt, pepper and ketchup). I had all GF poutine and haddock with a side of mini doughnuts. My hubby had the same but regular. Delicious! We will be back again!

The owner of this place is SO friendly and helpful. All of their fish can be breaded with GF breading, and they have a dedicated fryer. They have even created GF corndogs, cheeseballs, donuts, onion rings, and deep-fried cookies. And they are enthusiastic. Definitely recommended .
