All but 1 sausage were gluten free. Got the bratwurst and it was great. Good German beer hall vibes and drink selection (though Omission is the only GF beer available). If you're having doubts, get the extra sausage.

Went here for lunch for work, it's a german beer hall with brats etc. Was told all the sausages are gluten free, server said they would prepare in separate area and noted it. Felt fine afterwards.Person on the phone told me the impossible burger was GF though and it isn't. Food was pretty good, just not my favorite cuisine.
