Review of Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant

I’ve never been diagnosed celiac, but I am extremely sensitive! I was a bit nervous about dining out, especially on vacation, but wanted my kids to experience this fun place. I have learned to be very proactive and not worry about inconveniencing people, so I requested a talk with the chef. He was attentive and answered my questions. I also chose items I felt would be most safe (turkey on a gluten free wrap with cilantro avocado dressing and bacon etc. with a side of green beans). I asked about whether the bacon was cooked alongside any bread and was reassured that it was not)...the key is I did NOT get sick!!!!! I did not even feel a little off, which is such a celebration for me. I actually really liked the wrap as well and the atmosphere was fun. I did stay away from the shakes and fries as I always worry about cross-contamination with those items, but between that and not being afraid to advocate for myself, I think Sci-Fi is a good option.
