They don’t have gluten-free advertised at all or GF options even listed on their menu, but I had seen it on here so I asked. They were extremely knowledgeable about cross contamination, what everything was made with. They have GF bread/toast, English muffins, hollandaise sauce, GF French toast, GF eggs Benedict. No waffles or pancakes. I got the English muffin sandwich and it was delicious! I would 100% eat here again.
When I first walked in I was nervous because it has a diner vibe and the menus say nothing about gluten. That said, when I talked to the waitress I immediately felt at ease. She was familiar with cross contamination, and she knew what sauces they make gluten free (they have gf Hollandaise!!!!!), instead of thinking that gf means gf bread. She knew that I couldn't have the French fries but the hash browns were fine because they're cooked on the grill and no gluten items are cooked on it. The food was pretty typical diner food. Tasty, greasy, satisfying.
Went for breakfast with my family. The staff was so nice and food was great! So happy they had many gluten free options, my son has celiac and even him just being able to have toast with his eggs and bacon was great. Will be returning every time we visit Niagara with the family.
Owner’s daughter is celiac so they are very aware of cross contamination - they have both gf English muffins and toast (plus a dedicated toaster), eggs Benedict are all gf except except one, and home fries are safe! Great options and a family diner feel
Waitress was VERY helpful. There’s no actually gluten free menu but they have SO many good gluten free breakfast options. I got the muffin sandwich and French toast because I couldn’t decide between the two. They also have an amazing eggs Benedict menu completely gluten free hollendaise sauce that is also gf. If you’re in the area it is a must try!!
