Ordered live crabs and a live lobster. They changed the water in the pot and seasoned with Old Bay. Service was slow, the lobster was overcooked, and the crabs were perfect and delicious. No one got sick! They weren't perfectly comfortable with cross contamination but we took the risk. We will go to this strip mall crab shack again.
They do not have a formal gluten-free menu, but our server was very knowledgeable and the kitchen was very accommodating. I ordered the grilled sole, which comes with a lemon beurre blanc sauce. The chef made a special batch of the sauce, since apparently the regular sauce is thickened with something not celiac-friendly. My meal was great and I had no issues.
