We went last minute after an event and were so surprised at the options. The Grit cakes were phenomenal. We will definitely be going back. As a celiac I’m always incredibly anxious to eat somewhere new but they went above and beyond explaining what was safe and altering to ensure I enjoyed my meal.

I’ve been to sea level a few times and always have a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable of allergens in the menu and have provided excellent suggestions. I am not confined to salads, but can eat most of the entrees without modifications.

I had the paella and oysters which were both amazing. The server was very accommodating and knowledgeable!

No GF menu, but servers know which dishes they can modify to be safe. Oyster Happy Hour until 6 pm, then I had the catfish, which they suggested to get blackened and not fried. It was delicious!

You need to want seafood to enjoy Sea Level. The wait staff was aware and accommodating. Happy to ask the chef when I had questions and was excited to tell me they had recently changed a recipe to make it Gf.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Very well informed staff. No separate menu or items marked but the waiter asked specifically if I was gluten free due to Celiac. If he was not 100% sure about an item he asked the chef for me. I felt very comfortable and did not get sick. No separate fries but definite precautions taken during the preparation of my meal.

Excellent, knowledgeable wait staff! There isn’t a gluten free menu, but there are gluten free options. Just ask.
