I stopped here for lunch yesterday and was so happy that I did! I ordered a gluten free chipotle steak wrap and chose salad as my side. The man that took my order was super friendly and knowledgeable about food allergies and my meal was AMAZING! Seriously - it was amazing and made me so sad that I was heading home the next morning and wouldn’t be able to stop back for another meal.

Went for lunch. Ordered the ketosis bowl with chicken. There were several GF options. They were very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their menu options. It was very good.

Yummy chicken pesto wrap. This place has a huge selection of GF items (almost everything on the menu) and a friendly staff.

We had an amazing lunch here! I ordered one of the salads as a gluten free wrap, a side of fruit and a gluten free Mediterranean bruschetta. It was fresh and delicious, and I had leftovers. Highly recommend!

Great creative menu with majority of items already gluten free. Owner very knowledgeable, patient and helpful with allergy concerns. Food was fresh, prepared to order and filling portions. Highly recommend Taketos and the avocado bruschetta with crispy GF chip wedges. Highly recommend.

Disclaimer: My son and I are gluten and dairy sensitive- we don’t have Celiac. Based on reviews here and their menu we stopped here on a road trip and we’re very happy. Everything is gluten free except you can get a wheat wrap or GF wrap- so watch out for that. They have so many fresh, healthy, & delicious options. I got the Terra bowl with blackened (not spicy) chicken. It was really floavorful and good. My son has basic taste and for a steak wrap. It was a little chewy for him and he probably would have liked the chicken better. He also had some of my cooked carrot which was a win and we both loved the gf/DF chocolate chip cookie- soft, moist, fresh & chocolaty! My husband had and enjoyed the chipotle steak wrap. They identify plant based items on their menu in the store. The staff was friendly and helpful. You order at the counter and there are lots of tables close together. It was busy at 1:30 on a Saturday. We’ll definitely seek it out again if we’re in the area!

BEST healthy gluten free meal on the island! Amazing! Had the gluten free chicken pesto wrap with fresh fruit. Had hummus as an appetizer. Also had the plant based gluten free chocolate chip cookie and the chia coloda desert - it was divine.

Talked to the very helpful manager as we ordered. Freshly made salads and grain bowls from locally sourced farms. The best tomato basil soup , black bean good also. So many great looking options plus an amazing vegan gf choc chip cookie to finish. The prev night had ?tacqueros that were amazing also. Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly and had the kitchen scrub the grills just in case! The wraps have gluten free options and the in-house chips are gluten free as well. Delicious—we went twice! The sweet tea is also a MUST.
