I travel with my kids who are celiac and I needed to have a place to have them eat safely. I chose this resort because, when inquiring before booking, I tried to contact several resorts but at Sea View they where the only to reply in a complete and "logical" way. Once there the F/B manager and cooks where very attentive and prepared a special version of the menu where possible GF dishes were indicated. Also every morning they prepared GF bread, muffins and cakes. They surely, with little effort, could create a more standardized GF menu and make things easier for their customers and for themselves either; hopefully they will do.
