Fantastic selection of GF options on the Gluten Sensitive menu. Best way to sample is go to happy hour and select $5 small plates. Mushroom Flatbread on GF crust always a favorite start. Tuna tartare was phenomenal, also tried the Kona-crusted lamb that was great! Main entree went with the wood grilled pork tenderloins cooked to perfection. Super moist, tender and delicious!
Ordered directly from the “gluten sensitive” menu and informed the server that I had a wheat allergy. She assured me that she would let the kitchen know. Food was just okay. Unfortunately about an hour later I was sick. I’m not extremely sensitive and usually do okay at restaurants. Will not be returning.
The server was caught in a lie, swearing my GF flatbread meal was GF. She "swore" (her word) she watched the kitchen make it. I asked to see the ticket. Asked her why the order didn't specify GF or the $2 GF charge. She said it was my lucky day, she wouldn't correct that charge. Manager saw the interaction and came over after this went on for minuets. Thankfully SHE was honest. She took one look and said my order was actually not GF! I would have been sick for days. I can never trust Seasons 52 again. I previously loved their GF offerings.
Went here for lunch a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. The waitress was so knowledgeable and when the server brought out the food they too confirmed that it was gluten free. I am so happy to have discovered this chain so I can visit it in other locations when traveling. Highly recommend!
The four mushroom gf flatbread pizza app and Wood-Grilled Pork Tenderloin entree were delicious. Flatbread is cooked on a separate baking sheet so doesn’t come in contact with wheat pizza in oven. Waiters are knowledgeable about allergies. GF menu limited but overall good choices. Eaten there a few times without a problem.
The waitress reassured me everything was celiac safe but I Nima tested my salad and it was positive for gluten. The waitress thought they accidentally used regular breadcrumbs. They removed the salad from the bill. I would only return here with my Nima .
I am celiac and I have been to seasons 52 twice! The flat breads are fantastic! Even my husband who isn’t celiac eats them! I have not had any issues at seasons 52! I will continue to go back!
They have a separate gluten free menu when you ask for it I told the restaurant staff twice, in addition to asking for and ordering from the gluten free menu, but still received regular food. The staff was effusively apologetic and comped the meal for the entire party, however I did ingest gluten. I took a few bites and became doubtful. When I asked the waitress, she looked at it and knew immediately it did not look like their gluten free version.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It has the look of a generic eatery -- one you find in large malls. The food was fresh and well prepared. They have a GF menu that lists what's GF or how they could prepare it so it would be GF, like serving it without the roll. The server wrote Gluten Free on the order ticket without me asking boosting my confidence that they knew what they were doing. Their "thing" is serving deserts in small glasses. There was only one that could be GF, so that was a bit disapponting.
The first time I came here I was delighted because I was told their GF flatbread was cooked in a separate oven space. The second time I came, I was told that there was only one oven, and I had been lied to the first time. I didn’t feel a reaction the first time, but now it’s not worth the risk. An unfortunate and very frustrating scenario.
Seasons 52 does have a good selection of GF options on their separate menu. The flatbreads can be made GF and they are tasty and crispy which is a nice change for the gluten free option. The servers are well versed and let the kitchen know of the allergy so they try to avoid cross contamination.
Son & I both Celiac, had grilled trout from gf menu and raspberry chocolate chip cannoli w/o the cannoli for lunch today. Food was great and neither of us had any reactions so we will definitely return .
After eating here a few times I feel confident recommending this restaurant as an excellent and safe choice for sensitive celiacs. The separate and extensive gf menu has delicious options and the servers are knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. I’ve been told they have separate prep and cooking areas and food is served separately with the server stating it’s a gf meal. I feel safe eating here even during busy times and have never gotten sick afterwards.
I’m very sensitive to gluten and felt confident in the staff at this restaurant! Our server has worked there four years and told us how they prevent cross contamination. EXCELLENT flat breads!!!! Thin, crispy and delicious!!!
Fantastic restaurant for gluten free & dairy free. I asked waitress if they had gluten free entrees and she immediately brought me s new menu, gluten free on one side, dairy free on the other. I choose a kale soup, as it was both dairy free & gluten free and added a chicken, roasted onion flat bread as asked them to prepare it without cheese! First flat bread I’ve had since beginning this food journey 2 weeks ago. Both were delicious. Server confirmed when bringing me my food that it was gluten free! I’ve not had this many delicious choices!
Good spot. Had the halibut and the tenderloin off the Spring menu, both really great. The kids had a delicious flatbread cheese pizza and grilled chicken, both were great. They modified a chocolate moose dessert to make gf for the kids as well.
Seasons 52 has a separated “gluten sensitive” menu, which includes many of their regular entrees and even a gluten sensitive flatbread option for an up-charge. The food was delicious! Its a little pricey, but the ingredients are seasonal and portions are just enough.
Seriously amazing. We went here two nights while we were on vacation in Ft Lauderdale this year. Wait staff is amazing and knowledgeable and they have an extensive allergy menu so you feel safe eating there. Drinks were also very good.
Went here for dinner during the winter. Ordered scallops with risotto and vegetables and an appetizer flatbread tomato Roma both from the gluten sensitive menu. Was very sick the next day. Food tasted good, but bad coming up the next day. I would caution against going here
Many options to choose from and staff is knowledgeable about what is safe. Amazing shrimp and grits, flatbreads, venison chops, salads, and soups. There is usually a gf dessert option. The vodka used in their specialty cocktails is gluten free.
We had great meals and the staff seemed well-versed on GF options and restrictions. I've eaten the lamb loin, GF flatbread with short ribs, and dessert which was just the filling that goes in their cannolis (without the shell, of course). IF you get that dessert, make sure they fix you a fresh one and don't just pull out the little cookie shell.
. Our group of nine came here during a water taxi tour and as I was ordering, checked I was only GF not dairy free as well when I ordered the mashed potatoes that have cream in them. They brought my food out and did confirm it was GF. Very good service and welcoming upon arrival!
We had a tasty lunch and the staff was conscientious about alerting the kitchen I’m celiac. The hostess and waiter each told me my food would be prepared with separate utensils in a separate area. The GF dinner menu has numerous options so we plan to return to try it.
Staff was very accommodating about options for GF and select DF. They have a special allergen menu with options for each but not one for multiple allergens. I had to still do some flipping of menu and ask many questions and still make special requests. However, they were offered and fulfilled graciously, at least as far as the waitress goes. As first time guests, we tried the roasted mushroom flatbread as an appetizer and it was really good. Meal was a bit pricey but good. We would go back.
Many, many options on a GF menu! They call it “Gluten Sensitive” because there is a chance of cross contamination, but menu states that dishes do NOT use gluten containing ingredients and, as you can watch the kitchen work through the glass, obvious steps were taken to reduce/eliminate any cross contamination. The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager will not hesitate to send a dish back if he feels it is not suitable to be taken to the table. They have fresh, seasonal dishes- Menu will change seasonally. Amazing food- lobster flatbread, roasted cauliflower, sea bass with snow peas and black rice, cherry cream brûlée. Flatbread contains no Xanthan Gum. Staff was accommodating, informed and caring. Manager came to our table. I’m an extremely sensitive Celiac and did NOT get sick. I will eat here every time that we are in Memphis! For a restaurant that is not a dedicated GF facility, they do 100% better than most at efforts to eliminate any cross contamination.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a gf menu and they say there is a separate food station and the staff is trained when it comes to allergies and cross contamination. Gluten free flat bread pizza that are on their own individual cooking pan in the stone oven. That was a treat! I am very sensitive and I had a great experience eating here.
Stopped in for a light lunch and had two different and delicious Gluten free flat breads. It was perfect for two of us! The waitress informed us that the entire kitchen staff changed gloves for my order and used clean utensils and the executive chef personally made our meal and brought it to our table. It was a wonderful dining experience!
