I am in the food industry and will say that this was one of the best dining experiences I have had in my life. The gentleman serving us was fantastic. My wife had beef tenderloin the flavor was perfect and it melted in her mouth. I had the pastrami seasoned pork after struggling to decide on an entree which was stunning. That, the duck and stuffed trout made deciding difficult. On top of it all I have Celiac Disease and they were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Going to be in Saluda this summer and planning to come again.
