Great experience! When I asked about the fryer, the girl up front went and got the chef to answer questions. All of the fried seafood is GF, but fries are not. Fries are fried separately though. My container was clearly marked GF, which made me feel even better!

Just opened their kitchen! Menu consists of fried shrimp, fried scallops, fried oysters - ALL gluten free! Great place to order take out for lunch! The chef's wife has Celiac Disease, so he is incredibly careful in how he prepares the food. SO YUMMY!!
