When I sat down I told the waiter that I have celiac/ a severe gluten allergy and he left to tell the kitchen and then came back ti ask again what that means. I was skeptical, I ordered the salmon based on it being labeled gf and having the least amount of ingredients. I ensured again when I ordered to remind the server and when my salmon arrived I tested it with my nima and came back gluten found, I alerted the staff and they remade my dish and it came back safe. I appreciate that they remade but I won’t be back again

Excellent food and cocktails. Any sandwich can be made into a lettuce wrap, lots of clearly labeled GF items, entire staff is very knowledgeable about GF items, and everything is delicious.

It was a safe meal and they took precautions, but I was disappointed with the quality of the food. I had ordered the cod and vegetables which was labeled as gluten free and informed them of my allergy and they said it was all good. Then when I got the dish, it was not as described and different from what my peers got who didn’t have allergies who had ordered the same thing and it tasted pretty bad. I was disappointed in the meal, and I was frustrated they didn’t inform me they would need to make those changes because I had ordered the dish based off of the description.

Lots of options and a great staff. Must try the mini taco app!!
More traditional gluten free then truly gluten free. Limited items that are dairy free but the server we had was great. She understood our needs and was very helpful and very attentive but she did admit that cross-contamination is highly likely in their kitchen. So yes celiac "friendly" but not a place for those truly all gluten and dairy free or highly sensitive. Too bad because it is a great place.

This is one of our local places and a staple for my family (two with celiacs). There are many choices, the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. We have never had a problem when or after eating at Seed!

The only gluten free items available were salads. That's not really what I call a gluten free menu by any stretch. The waitress looked annoyed when I asked if there was a separate menu. She wasn't knowledgeable. I got an awesome salad and didn't get sick. But to pay that much for a salad and poor service was a disappointment.

Fresh organic food with clearly labeled gluten free items. Not much in the way of deserts, but who does! They have a most impressive succotash in the summer with bacon in it. It is legal crack people!
