On safety—I don’t have anything in the space that has gluten, I don’t eat gluten items inside space and thereby there is no chance of cross contamination.

Sazzu is an awesome cook! She apperantly has been cooking fully gluten free for a while now. So all the utensils, owen- everything is gluten free.

Since this is not a restaurant but her house you are picking up gf baked goods from, you have to order in advance!

Just call her in advance and have some amazing focaccia & cookies & buckwheat buns!!!
