All gluten free cafeteria! You can find sandwiches, croissants, cakes and cookies, brunch toasts, tapas and lunch bowls without gluten. The owner is celiac, so she is really careful with the traces of gluten. The coffee is excellent! I really recommend it!

SELVA es una cafetería/ Restaurant apta para celíacos, es decir que no hay contaminación cruzada ya que toda la carta es sin gluten. Sin embargo, también tienen pan de trigo hecho con masa madre y ecológico para quienes no tengan intolerancia, lo cual es ideal cuando vas en grupo (este pan lo conservan aislado). Tienen café de especialidad, tostadas tipo brunch, bowls de frutas, tapas, pasteles caseros y menú de mediodía. Usan productos ecológicos y de muy buena calidad.
