I have celiac and I get Semolina at least once every other week! If you are communicative about it being an allergy (you can say "celiac." They are familiar, as I am told that one of their managers is actually celiac!!) they've got you covered. They have a gluten allergy flag on their online ordering, but it's always a good idea to reiterate in the notes section that they must be careful cooking and touching your dish.
They do what all good restaurants who understand celiac do: give you the warning that their kitchen is not dedicated GF and that there could be flour in the air, etc. To me this just says that they understand how little gluten can trigger a reaction, and says less about the actual danger of this kitchen. I don't know how they cook so gluten/celiac-safe, but they do. Every time. And I'm super grateful for that. Always a great meal.

The staff were very careful to call back after I ordered a GF pizza to let me know they do not have a GF menu and are unable to provide GF meals. That being said, I have enjoyed their salads and other items that clearly are not made with gluten. I’m recently diagnosed with celiac so am not aware yet of how careful I need to be.

Great zucchini noodles but make sure to say it’s an allergy/celiac and emphasize no bread on top of the noodles (happened to me once), only reason for the minus one star! Zucchini noodles only available at dinner. Chicken wings also safe and great!
My wife who is celiac and I ate here the other night and it was great! She had their zucchini pasta which serves as a GF substitute for their pasta dishes. They could also do their grilled wings and mussels gluten free, as well as their entree salads. Will happily return.
