Review of Senza Gluten Free Bakery

Fantastic gluten free bakery!! I went to this bakery during my trip to Vegas in late December. I look for GF bakeries anytime I travel and I was excited to see a new one on the list since my last visit. Senza Gluten Free did not let me down at all. First of all, the owner is a sweetheart. She went out of her way to accommodate my other allergies and create a special set of s'mores for me. I ordered s'mores and cinnamon rolls, both of which have long been difficult to find anywhere I go due to being gluten and dairy free. I'm not just saying this because being gluten free makes me desperate because it truly doesn't, but we absolutely LOVED her s'mores and cinnamon rolls. My brother, who is not gluten free, was obsessed with the s'mores. My little kids loved them so much that we were done with the whole stack before we even left Vegas. lol Her ingredients were clean and great tasting. I didn't have a sugar rush despite the fact that it was a sweet snack by default. I've had massive sugar rushes in other bakeries, but not in this one. I didn't even gain weight which I was completely floored by but I realize that it's because inflammation was not triggered since she used clean ingredients and kept it simple. I am already looking forward to traveling back to her and if I could order a shipment I would. I'm a big fan and I hope everyone gives this bakery a shot. I want to see this one last!
