The gluten-free pizza base was disappointing. It didn’t taste very fresh, it was small and I wasn’t confident that the kitchen was taking much care with managing cross-contamination
DO NOT EAT HERE! No cross contamination controls and to top it off, the GF pizza tastes disgusting like a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Literally half the size of their non-gf pizzas.
Terrible service. I asked about what is GF and the waiter told me they had pizza, so I ordered pizza. But when the meal came it looked like regular pizza so I asked if it was Gf and he said “no you didn’t order that”. Wouldn’t take it back or off the tab.

I unfortunately had a strong reaction after ordering a salad and a charcuterie platter (with no bread). Must have been cross-contaminated :( would Not recommend if you are celiac
UPDATE: I'm having moderate gassy cramps today and I suspect it was the pizza. I ordered a pizza (Servantes on the menu) and I think that the taste was good. They get frozen gf pizzas that are made in the same oven as regular pizzas, but gf ones have their own plate so they are protected. The staff is well informed. All in all: a good experience.
Amazing place with gluten free pizzas!! Many options and tastes amazing. Staff very considerate of intolerances. However it is not displayed anywhere that gluten free is an option
