Best gluten free pizza I've ever had. Can't wait until next winter to go back to SLC for more. Fluffy crust on top but thinner on the bottom. Toppings also high quality. We have Celiac and, while they admit they can't control for airborne exposure (since not dedicated gluten free), they do prep pizza in different area and take all precautions they can.
Have had GF pizza all over the country and in Italy, and this tops the list!
