Had brunch here and it was amazing. Me and another person in our group both have celiac and shared the GF pancake platter and also each got the California Benny on gf toast. Neither of us got sick or had any symptoms after. The waitress and food runners were really great about confirming that everything we were eating was GF. There are items marked on the menu that are GF, but there are additional items that are GF too (hashbrowns). So, ask your server questions, ours was very patient and knowledgeable. It was very busy, so I was really nervous. But it was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

I’d been here pre-celiac so was excited to hear they had gluten free options. Was disappointed though, items were only marked gluten sensitive, there was even a warning on the menu about not ordering anything from the menu if celiac. The egg meals all included hash browns with a “no substitutions “ warning so I ended up with alacarte 2 poached eggs thinking surely that would be safe. Also ordered Udi’s toast (forgot about toaster contamination) with honey and some turkey bacon and iced tea. So pretty sure I managed ok but it was expensive. The only “safe” bakery item other than toast was a muffin- I didn’t notice any pancakes- but since it was labeled gluten sensitive I didn’t even ask what that could be. Hubby loved the non GF migas though. And so noisy. Glad they’re doing well but I probably won’t return.

I live locally, if you order GF you have a black plate versus white. 2 times in the past 60 days I've been served a gluten waffle but caught it due to wrong plate color. Notified a manager today, who didn't even comp the meal. Really poor customer service and no education on the allergy.

Do not eat here if you’re Celiac! Lots of menu items labeled gluten sensitive but the staff was annoyed at our requests to avoid cross contamination. My daughter ordered Gf pancakes and a GF muffin, both tested separately positive for gluten in Nima. Staff took zero precautions and didn’t apologize for messing up our order many different times.

Told them I had food allergies when I checked in. Waited for 2 hours only to find out dairy in everything. Cream in eggs, and in GF pancake and waffle batter.
I was actually at the Keller location. I tested two different pancakes with my Nina sensor and both came back with gluten found. Their explanation was they clean the grill, etc but their batter is only gluten sensitive and not gluten free. Never heard that one before but definitely not safe for Celiacs.
