Caveat - they were helpful and knowledgeable-ish about food safety and were willing to check on things for me and the food was good. HOWEVER the cost of the gluten free pasta is not an extra dollar or 3, you pay for the $13 bag of imported GF pasta in addition to the FULL price of your meal. They give you the rest of the pasta to take home because you purchased it. I don't believe this restaurant should be listed on FMGF because they penalize GF eaters.

We have been to Sfizi many times and the food is always delicious. But even more importantly they sell gf pasta in their shop, are always happy to boil a fresh pot of water and make a custom order for us. I am GF, DF and my kid is gf and allergic to shrimp. It is so lovely to have a classic Italian meal with gf pasta and modified sauces. No reactions so far after many visits. Yum!

Opened and cooked a bag of gluten-free pasta and gave me the rest of the bag. Double checked the ingredients of the dessert.
