Owner came out and reviewed what was safe, what I should avoid. They checked the ingredients on the sauces for me, cooked the food in a separate pan. It’s possible you could show up on a day where the waitstaff won’t know as well what to do - waitress didn’t know about gluten but was very accommodating about finding someone who could help me.

They made me a gluten free quesadilla with some gluten free tortillas they had in the freezer - so freak’n delicious. Came with southwest ranch dipping sauce, and they made it with chicken and tomatoes & cheese. Yum.

Cute, cozy, small town hang out. Great orange juice.

One server, after explains gluten and dairy free, proceeded to put a bread roll in the middle of my plate. When I politely sent it back and apologized, she went off on me and was extremely loud and rude about the entire incident. The owner apologized on her behalf, but the damage was already done, as she continued to run her mouth and state that she is not a doctor and to imply that I should not eat out and that her $4 an hour wage is not enough to cover this “$#!+.” Have been back as my family are regulars at this establishment and have never had to deal with her again. They gladly make my food without butter/dairy and in a separate skillet. They check to make sure to gluten or dairy products.
