I’ve eaten here several times and haven’t had a problem. You can get your burger with lettuce wrap or a GF bun. The GF bun is very good. I also tried their fries and didn’t have a reaction but I’m not sure if they’re technically safe or not.
Notes
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.

Good food as always! Pleasant service. Gf buns, but fries are not and no sides to substitute. Would go back.

There is NOT a dedicated fryer. They do have gf buns and lettuce wraps.

Took my two celiac daughters to lunch. One got a hamburger with a lettuce wrap, the other wanted a veggie burger with a GF bun. The manager came over and said that veggie burger has gluten in it, and the fries share a fryer with breaded chicken. My daughter had lemonade. 😢
