The staff was awesome about providing clear, easily accessible GF options on the menu and double checked my order again to make sure they got it right before serving it to me. Very impressed.

Notes
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.

Sensative Celiac, ordered GF bun,with other non-GF family order. Mine wasn't marked, but was figured out. Next day, No problems & I also had their fries.

Throughout the years I have had Celiac, I have always been able to eat Shake Shack. They can make the Shack burgers gluten free as long as you ask them to make it on a gluten free bun and specify gluten and/or wheat allergies. I have eaten there countless times and have never gotten sick. I got the ShackBurger double patty with pickles. (The other food in the picture is not gluten free, as it is not mine)
