Shake Shack

The worker didn’t know a lot, and at first told me that the fries were made with gluten. Then he said they were gluten free and in a separate fryer. I have no idea about cross contamination procedures but they also had gf buns and you could indicate a gluten allergy. I got the fries but only ate half because I was nervous about getting sick before my flight.

It’s the shake shack chain, but the service was fantastic. Cashier asked specifically if my wife’s burger was an allergy when she ordered a GF Bun and warned us that the cheese fries weren’t gluten free. My wife had a double stack on a gf bun and black and white and it was just like it was a few years ago. A good place to go for an eat when bear Battery Park.

They say it’s gluten free but my Nima found gluten wouldn’t recommend eating here. Updated also had terrible stomach pains and extremely tired for two days after.

Delicious gluten free burger! Gluten free buns available and you are able to put an allergy alert when you order. One of the employees will come over to talk to you about your allergy and clean that section of the kitchen. Great food, no cross contamination.
