Gluten free burger was good! I could clearly see the signs in the kitchen about allergy prep and the staff automatically asked me about my preference for GF. Switched utensils and everything.

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.

Sensative Celiac, ordered GF bun,with other non-GF family order. Mine wasn't marked, but was figured out. Next day, No problems & I also had their fries.
