Delicious. Seems safe. Burger had wrapper with gf sticker on it. Fried delicious too.:)

They were busy but I received a safe burger on a GF bun that was clearly marked GF. The fries are Not in a dedicated fryer.

Great GF burger on GF bun. Make sure to let them know it’s an allergy and they will prepare with caution. No go on the fries. I found conflicting info on the shake sauce. Appears it is gf but processed in a facility that handles wheat.

I always feel better when I see that an airport has Shake Shack, and I had a great experience at this one. A staffer took my order when I mentioned an allergy, and they proactively flagged for me that the Shack Sauce might have gluten in production and should be kept off my sandwich. Easy order, didn’t get sick.

The employees here were not very educated on gluten free but thankfully the online allergen menu is helpful. the fries ARE NOT safe for celiacs. They do have gluten free buns and the bacon is gluten free. After telling the employee I have a gluten allergy and ordering my burger, I asked for a chocolate shake (chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry are gf), she proceeded to tell me they’re out but said she has a black and white shake that was chocolate fudge and vanilla. and i said that sounded good…then when i was about to pay i was like “and the shake is gf right..?” and she’s like oh no it’s not do you want me to take it off?? 😵‍💫😵‍💫 this was post me ordering a gf bun and explaining i have a gluten allergy/celiac disease

Was able to order a breakfast sandwich on a gluten free bun. Communication was great, and my ticket was flagged with my gluten allergy. It was really nice to be able to get a hot breakfast on a travel day!

This location does have gf buns and asks you if it’s allergy or preference. They strangely though don’t list it on the menu board, but they were very friendly about it when asked if they have gf buns.

Great communication at register. Then great communication from register to the manager to the cooks about gluten allergy.

Very nice hamburger with GF bun.

Throughout the years I have had Celiac, I have always been able to eat Shake Shack. They can make the Shack burgers gluten free as long as you ask them to make it on a gluten free bun and specify gluten and/or wheat allergies. I have eaten there countless times and have never gotten sick. I got the ShackBurger double patty with pickles. (The other food in the picture is not gluten free, as it is not mine)

I wouldn’t try to eat here. The website shows that most of the shakes, the custard, and the fries contain wheat and gluten. You can get a beef patty and something the drink, but that’s about it.
