Both the food and performance were outstanding! Even more impressive, though, were the lengths staff went to in order to make sure my food was safe. Without prompting or asking, the gentleman who took my order changed his gloves as soon as I mentioned Celiac, and proceeded to walk to the sink and wash hands while instructing all other kitchen staff to make glove changes as well. No one eye rolled or acted annoyed, and some staff who changed gloves never did come in contact with my food. Several gluten free choices, including dessert, and it was delicious!
