DO NOT TRUST! Food prep area is messy and even though they changed gloves and put down a paper surface I saw them handle regular bread while prepping the gf sandwich and when I questioned them about it they denied it even though I just saw them do it. Depending on your sensitivity to gluten this may not be an issue but I was not impressed with how they handled the situation. Too bad because I was really looking forward to the sandwich.
