Called and the man was VERY knowledgeable. The menu doesn't specify what is gf but if you call they'll talk you through it. Here's the thing...the food is basically just cooked meat with steamed vegetables. They dont use tamari/gf soy sauce so I had to add my own to give any flavor. There was also this slightly weird clear/white guck on the food after it cooled down. Didn't make me want to go back for more. If you're hungry and need food in a pinch sure, but I'm not coming back which is a shame bc the staff is so nice. Just tell them you have celiac disease and they'll clean all the equipment for you and change gloves.
Update: Ended up throwing the leftovers away bc it developed even more of that clear/white grossness and not only did I not know what it was but couldn't be past the look/texture.
