Had intended to eat at a nearby restaurant, but it was closed temporarily. Was happy to learn that all meats, gravy, and many sides are GF here. They also serve large slices of white GF bread.
The food was good but the experience of ordering was horrendous due to the incredibly mean and rude employee. I do not know why she is the one they allow to speak to customers. If we hadn’t waited 20 minutes in the line, I would’ve left without getting anything. I would not go back.
Gluten free bread made in house was great! Had an amazing sandwich. Things that are GF are clearly labeled. As a gluten free Jew, I can say this is an awesome & authentic Jewish deli!

The gluten free bread was so dry. It was falling apart as I tried to eat, and crumbs were everywhere. I needed water just to choke it down. Would not come back.
Shapiro's makes their own GF bread in house, so there might be cross contamination. The bread was good, and it was great to have a Shapiro's sandwich!
